Charge USB Devices Without an Adapter

For $20.00, you can pre-order the U-Socket. Soon enough, our houses will have these suckers! At least I won't be surprised if this happens. :) Then everything will be more convenient, and no longer will we need to by those USB adapters!

Bart Simpson, IRL

Twice a year, Work Club invites an artist to decorate their 22m (72.178 ft) long blackboard. Yeah, that’s a huge blackboard. This time, it was Mat Williams as Bart Simpson. He wrote every line Bart had ever written on the blackboard. in order. It took 2 days and 20 white markers. Yeesh.

Let The Music Lift You Off Your Feet

This angelic headset was designed by Rodshakur who was inspired by R Kelly’s track, “I Believe I Can Fly.”

Get Your Virtual Haircut With 3D Sound

Listen to this with headphones! It won’t work for speakers.
I also hope you have your left and right headphones in the correct ear.

This is called holophonic sound. It’s recorded with a dummy with two microphones, one in each ear. Cool, huh?

Wavee

At wavee.com, you can purchase bids for about $0.75 each, which gives you $0.01 to bid on products they have on the site. Lets say you win the bid at $3.50. Once you win, you can then purchase the product for $3.50. So it is up to you to weigh the odds whether it is worth the money to purchase the bids, and then bid on those particular items. In turn, wavee gets 350x$0.75, $262.50, ALONE from the purchase of bids PLUS $3.50.
Result, it is a pretty much win-win situation. They get more profit from bids (i.e. the product may cost $100.00, but make $200.00 from bids and purchases), while you can buy the product for about $50.00.

What do you think? Is it worth the gamble?

Um... Umbrella?

As you know, clear umbrellas have come to be a trend in our society now-a-days… but what happens when you take the clear umbrella concept to an extreme? How about taking the whole umbrella concept to an extreme? Below are some pictures of creative umbrellas that have been invented for convenience, design, and pure fun! :) Check them out and don’t forget about the other pictures after the break!

Invented for the busy business workers who don’t have the hands to carry their umbrella. I call it, the Safety Umbrella Dome.

Called the Bumpbrella, this umbrella was specifically designed in considerate of others on a rainy day. If they bump into the Bumpbrella, there’s no pain and no worries!

I’m pretty sure this one was man-made by this couple. :) What a great way to stay dry! … though it may be humid.

This umbrella was made by a Japanese designer who… um… I’m not really sure what they were going for, but it sure does look unique for an umbrella!

The couple’s umbrella! :)

One can definitely blend in with the rainforest with this umbrella.

Look up on a rainy day and all you see is kiwi!

Lightsaber umbrellas!

I think Who-ville is missing an umbrella.

Light up a rainy day with this unique umbrella! I’m not sure if it’s water-proof… but I sure hope so!

The Umbrella Purse! Fashionable and easy to carry and access! Oh how clever.

The Super Considerate Umbrella. If your umbrella gets in the way of other people’s umbrellas, just pull the string and draw in your umbrella sides!

“Aww… it’s starting to rain, but we can still play golf since I have my special golf-club!”

The hero, samurai, and pirate’s umbrella.

The Cloud Umbrella!

And last but not least, the gun-brella! No, silly… it’s not a real gun! It’s a squirt gun! This ingenious invention was created out of pure creativity and I honor the makers for it. When raining, the water travels down through the pipe and into the water gun, filling you with unlimited water gun ammo! How fun! I want one!

How the....?

Named the Impossible Motion, this little optical illusion will make you wonder how the hell he did it. It’s pretty cool how he did it and it even landed him the Winner of the Best Visual Illusion of the Year Contest 2010. Pretty dope, right? Thanks Koukichi Sugihara, Meiji Institute for Advanced Study of Mathematical Sciences, Japan.
